Receta Pail Full Of Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. all bran cereal
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 3 c. white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 quart buttermilk
- Â Â salt 5 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. baking soda
- 4 c. bran flakes (8 ounce)
- 2 c. raisins or possibly minced dates
Direcciones
- Prepare recipe the day BEFORE baking.
- Pour boiling water over all bran & let stand. In very large bowl (or possibly bath tub), cream butter, sugars & Large eggs. Add in buttermilk & then bran mix. Mix well. Premix flour, b/soda & salt & add in to above mix. Mix well. Add in bran flakes & mix in till just combined. Add in raisins or possibly dates. Refrigerate1 day before baking. Spoon into pans & bake at 375F for 15-20 mins.
