Receta Simple Shrimp Curry

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- 2 c. cooked shrimp
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- Rice
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion in butter for 5 to 7 min. Add in soup, curry pwdr, and cooked shrimp to skillet. Simmer for 5 - 10 min, stirring occasionally. Stir in lowfat sour cream and heat till warm but not boiling. Serve immediately over warm rice.
- Can substitute 2 c. crab or possibly imitation crabmeat for shrimp.
