Receta Simply Great Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lite soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1Â 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
Direcciones
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Pour half the mix over the chicken and set in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hrs or possibly up to 24 hrs. Save the remaining mix for basting.
- Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Grill the chicken breasts for 3 to 4 min on each side, turning once and basting with extra marinade, till the chicken is cooked through.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Serving size: 3-4 oz
