Receta Grilled Chicken And Sweet Potatoes With Orange Glaze

Ingredientes
- 4 x chicken leg quarters
- 3/4 c. orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 2 x sweet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1 inch thick rounds
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp salt, divided
- 1 tsp grnd black pepper, divided Preheat grill or possibly broiler.
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, maple syrup, rosemary and half the salt and pepper. Place chicken and potatoes on grill or possibly on a sheet pan under the broiler. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Grill or possibly broil chicken and potatoes for 25 min, turning all pcs at least once. Brush chicken and potatoes with half of the orange juice concentrate mix, let cook for 30 seconds and turn. Brush second side, cook one more minute and turn all pcs again. Cook for one more minute. Remove from heat and serve. 4 servings.
