Receta Sirloin Beef Tips

Ingredientes
- 2 pound beef cut in 1" cubes
- 2 cans Golden brown mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 med. garlic clove, chopped
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- Salt meat to taste
- Can use tenderizer & less salt
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large heavy skillet. Add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry 2-3 min. Add in beef tips and brown. Then add in Golden brown mushroom soup and 1/2 c. water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 2 hrs or possibly till tender.
