Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. sirloin tip beef
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 med. clove garlic, chopped
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 1/4 c. water
Direcciones
- Trim excess fat from beef and cut into 1 inch cubes. In skillet, brown beef in butter. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, over low heat about 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked noodles.
