Receta Sirloin Tip Roast With Strained Carrots
Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 to 3 pound boned and tied sirloin tip roast
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 m. cloves garlic, slivered
- 1 jar strained baby carrots
Direcciones
- Cut slits into the roast and insert slivered garlic, placing pieces around the whole roast.
- Place on roasting rack.
- Top roast with strained carrots and onions and peppers, lay on the bay leaves.
- Roast at 325 degrees till meat is done to your doneness.
- Serve with oven roasted potatoes and a green salad.
