Ingredientes
- 2 whole chicken breasts (boneless)
- 8 green onions (or possibly 1 lg.)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. dry sherry or possibly white wine
- 1/8 c. beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Combine "last" 6 ingredients as a marinade; set aside. Skin chicken and cut into 1 inch cubes, cut onion into pcs, cut pepper into squares; place in marinade and leave for 1 to 2 hrs before cooking.
- Thread meat, onions and peppers onto skewers. Broil in oven or possibly over charcoal grill. Brush with marinade while cooking.
- Makes 4 servings. NOTE: This is a very tender meat and vegetable, will heat in your mouth.
