  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk (Eagle brand)
  • 2 T butter (butter)
  • 1 (300 g) pkg Chipits lowfat milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (225 g) pkg Chipits Skor toffee bits

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Cream first 3 ingredients till well blended and mix comes together. Press evenly into a 9X13 cake pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min, or possibly till light golden brown.
  4. Cool on wire rack while preparing filling.
  5. Heat sweetened condensed lowfat milk and 2 T butter in heavy saucepan, stirring constantly over medium heat for 5-10 min, or possibly till thickened. Spread over baked base.
  6. Bake 12-15 min longer, or possibly till golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle Chipits lowfat milk chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake 2 min more, or possibly till chocolate is shiny and soft.
  8. Remove from oven. Spread chocolate evenly.
  9. Sprinkle Skor Toffee Bits on top, pressing lightly into chocolate.
  10. Cool completely. If necessary, refrigerate just to set chocolate before cutting into bars.
  11. Store at room temperature.
  12. Freezing: Excellent.
