Receta Sloppy Joes #2
Variation of a Food Network recipe.
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tbs. chopped onion
- 2 tbs. chopped bell pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs. steak seasoning
- 1 tbs. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbs. tomato paste
- dash of Tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute veggies with beef, drain.
- Add all ingredients to the beef mix, stir, simmer uncovered until liquid is almost evaporated.
- Serve with toasted hamburger buns.
