Ingredientes
- 2 c. lentils
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 carrots, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 4 c. water
- 4 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Simmer lentils, onion, carrot, green pepper and water for 30 min. Add in tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer 30 min longer. Serve over bread or possibly in buns. Freezes well.
