Ingredientes
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, finely cut
- 28 ounce. can whole tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans kidney beans
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef; add in onions, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, kidney bens, salt, chili pwdr, pepper and cumin in a slow cooker. Cover and simmer on low setting for 6 - 8 hrs. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
