Receta Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 3-5 pound pork roast
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Direcciones
- Broil roast on all sides to remove excess fat and brown slightly, about 15 to 20 min. Put half of sliced onion in bottom of crock pot. Add in browned roast and remaining onion and other ingredients. Cover and cook till done on low, about 10 hrs for a 5 lb. roast, 8 or possibly 9 hrs for a small one. I usually turn the roast over when it is about half done.
