Ingredientes
- 3/4 to 1 pound round steak, 3/4 to 1 inch thick, cut in serving pcs
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 2 or possibly 3 carrots, halved lengthwise
- 2 potatoes, scrubbed and cut in quarters
- 1 med. onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut in quarters
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Assemble all ingredients in a 3 1/2 qt slow cooker. Cook at low heat 7 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and vegetables are tender. Makes 1 or possibly 2 servings.
