Receta Smoked Country Style Ribs

Ingredientes
- Â Â Brinkman or possibly similar smoker
- Â Â Charcoal pan full
- Â Â Water pan full
- 6 lb country-style ribs
- 1 c. Black Jack BBQ sauce (see entry)
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. apple cider
Direcciones
- Combine BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, and apple cider. Cut ribs apart and marinate in mix several hrs. Use double gallon zip-lock bags. Arrange on grill in smoker and cook 3-4 hrs or possibly till tender.
