Receta Smoked Salmon Party Ball

Ingredientes
- 1 pound can salmon
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley
Direcciones
- Drain salmon and flake. Mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Form into ball and refrigerateovernight. Combine nuts and minced parsley. Roll ball in nuts and parsley. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers. Freezes well. Serves 40.
