- 8 ounce smoked tuna - (to 12 ounce) broken into chunks
- 1 piece daikon radish - (4" long) peeled, quartered,

- 1/2 x English cucumber halved, and
- Â Â thinly sliced
- 1 med carrot peeled, halved,
- Â Â and thinly sliced
- 2 x green onions thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

- In a small bowl, combine the rice, wine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper and stir to mix till the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna mix and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over and serve.
