Receta Smoked Turkey
Ingredientes
- 2 gal. water
- 2 c. Morton Tender Quick
- 1 c. ice cream salt
- 8 tbsp. liquid smoke
Direcciones
- Mix. Put turkey in solution and let it sit for 24 hrs in a plastic container in your refrigerator. Wrap turkey in foil in a roaster with some of the smoke liquid. Cook in a slow, 250 degree oven.
