Ingredientes
- 24 shelled oysters
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Shuck and drain oysters. Place on deep half of shells. Saute/fry onion in melted butter till tender but not brown. Add in remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over oysters. Place oysters on grill over medium warm coals and cook for 20 to 25 min. 4 servings.
