Receta Smoky Roasted Salsa

Ingredientes
- 3 x Cloves garlic -- peeled
- 1 med onion -- quartered
- 3 lrg tomatoes
- 1 x canned chipotle chili in adobo sauce
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro leaves -- packed
Direcciones
- Place a 10 to 12 inch uncoated frying pan over high heat. Add in garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Cook, turning often with tongs, till charred on all sides (about 10 min). Remove from pan and let cold. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and throw away seeds. In a blender or possibly food processor, combine vegetables, chipotle, lime juice, oil and cilantro; whirl to desired consistency.
