Receta Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 x 4 ounce can minced green chiles, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 10 slc Rye bread
- 5 slc Swiss cheese
- 10 x Thin slices cooked roast beef
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, softened Salsa or possibly picante sauce, optional
Direcciones
- Combine chilies, mayonnaise, and mustard; spread about 1 tbsp on one side of each slice of bread. Top half of the bread with one slice of cheese and two slices of beef. Cover with remaining bread. Butter the outsides of bread. Grill sandwiches on a griddle or possibly in a large skillet over medium heat till both sides are brown and the cheese is melted. Serve with picante sauce or possibly salsa if you like.
