  • 1 1/2 lb beef top round steak, abt 1" thick
  •     (or possibly boneless top sirloin steak)
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp dry tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the broiler. Place the steak on a broiler pan or possibly rimmed baking sheet which has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, mix well and spread over the steak, coating well.
  3. Broil for 16 to 19 min for medium-rare or possibly to desired doneness beyond which, turning halfway through the cooking.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  5. Comments: If you want to add in minced scallions, a crushed clove of garlic, fresh herbs, or possibly another favorite touch, go ahead.
