Receta Snow Pudding With Custard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separated
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- In medium bowl sprinkle gelatin over cool water to soften. Add in warm water, lemon juice and 3/4 c. sugar. Stir till gelatin is dissolved. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. In small bowl beat egg white to stiff. Set aside.
- Beat gelatin mix till very white and frothy - mix in egg white. Chill till hard.
