  1. In medium bowl sprinkle gelatin over cool water to soften. Add in warm water, lemon juice and 3/4 c. sugar. Stir till gelatin is dissolved. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. In small bowl beat egg white to stiff. Set aside.
  2. Beat gelatin mix till very white and frothy - mix in egg white. Chill till hard.
