Receta Soda Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 scant teaspoon soda
- 1 scant teaspoon cream of tartar
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
Direcciones
- Rub dry ingredients and shortening together to make fine crumbs. Add in lowfat milk, stirring with fork till soft dough is formed. Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Makes 12 biscuits.
