Receta Curried Ginger Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.)
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
- 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
Direcciones
- Cut chicken breast in half to make 8. Cut each half lengthwise and again in half, widthwise. Place in buttered, shallow pan. Brown onion in butter, add in honey, salt, curry, mustard, ginger. Brush on chicken.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, covered 30 min and uncovered 30 min. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve over rice. Serves 8.
