  1. Line a cookie sheet with foil and generously grease. Layer crackers on cookie sheet and set aside.
  2. Heat brown sugar and butter in saucepan. Boil 3 min. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 min. Pour on chocolate chips. When chips heat spread proportionately. Top with nuts and chill till hard. Before cutting let candy return to room temperature. Store in a tin in a cold place.
