Receta Soft Boiled Eggs
Very quick and easy recipe, and if you love Eggs, this one is for you.

Ingredientes
- 4 large eggs (or how many you desire)
- 6 cups water
- 1 tp salt
- Fresh herbs for garnish--I used parsley, basil, thyme
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Cracked black pepper & salt--to taste
- 1TB chopped scallions
Direcciones
- Bring water to a good rolling boil
- Add the tp of salt
- Gently puncture the large end of the eggs. I used the sharp end of a metal skewer
- Place the eggs in the boiling water
- Boil for approximately 5 minutes
- Remove Eggs from boiling water and rinse under cold water
- Peel, cut, garnish, enjoy!
