  1. 1. Combine bread cubes and lowfat milk and mix with grnd beef, chorizo, egg and some salt. Refrigeratefor at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Combine everything else in a large soup pot and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to simmer, and cook about 15 min.
  3. 3. Shape meat mix into about 16 or possibly more meatballs.
  4. Add in to soup, cover and cook on simmer for 45 min, or possibly till meat is done. I always serve with rice, hot flour tortillas, or possibly just French bread.
