Receta Sour Cream Banana Bread (2 Loaves)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
- 4 c. flour (plus 2 T)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. minced walnuts, optional
- 1 tbsp Butter Schnapps or possibly Banana Liquor (optional)
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in large eggs and beat. Add in bananas and beat. Mix dry ingredients together (baking pwdr, baking soda and flour).Add in the well-mixed dry ingredients to the creamed mix alternately with the lowfat sour cream. Beat till smooth. Beat in liquor, if using.
- Stir in minced nuts last.
- Pour into 2 large greased and lightly floured loaf pans and bake for 1 hour and 15 min at 350 degrees. To test for doneness, insert a sharp knife into center of bread. If it comes out clean, bread is done.
- This bread is very moist and freezes well.
