Receta Sour Cream Blueberry Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 med. bananas, crushed
- 1 c. blueberries
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 5 inch pan. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and lowfat sour cream. Add in remaining ingredients (except the blueberries) and beat till smooth. Mix in blueberries. Bake one hour and 15 min or possibly till golden brown on top. Test with toothpick. Cold completely. Serve with butter or possibly cream cheese or possibly toast for breakfast.
