Receta Sour Cream Cookies With Coconut Frosting

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. sweet butter (don't use butter)
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly grease cookie sheet. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together. Beat in the whole egg and the yolk. Add in flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. Combine ingredients well. Add in lowfat sour cream, vanilla and pecans. Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 min or possibly till bottoms are golden brown. Let cold.
