Receta Sour Cream Pineapple Coconut Bars

- Â Â Crust:
- 2Â 1/2 c. flour
- 1Â 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter softened
- 1/4 tsp salt Lowfat sour cream Topping:
- 1Â 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple in juice (16 ounce.) liquid removed, juice reserved Pineapple Glaze:
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted
- 2 Tbsp. reserved pineapple juice (to 4)
Direcciones
- Crust: Place flour, sugar, butter and salt in bowl. Using mixer, mix till butter is the size of peas, about 30 seconds. Press crumb mix into an ungreased 15 x 10" baking pan. Bake at 350F. for 15 min.
- Lowfat sour cream Topping: Place lowfat sour cream, coconut, sugar, flour, Large eggs and liquid removed pineapple in bowl. Mix and beat for 3 min. Spread Lowfat sour cream Topping over partially baked crust. Return to oven and bake for 15 to 20 min or possibly till filling is set. Cold completely.
- Pineapple Glaze: Place powdered sugar, butter and 2 Tablespoons juice in bowl. Mix 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Add in remaining pineapple juice, 1 Tablespoons at a time, till desired glazing consistency. cookies with Pineapple. Store in refrigerator.
