Receta Sour Cream Horns

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. nut meats, grnd
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 egg whites (don't beat)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Cut butter into flour; add in egg yolk and lowfat sour cream. Mix well by hand. Divide into 3 parts; roll one portion at a time (1/8" thick). Cut into 1 1/2" squares or possibly desired width.
- Mix all together; add in lowfat milk if not thin sufficient to spread. Spread this mix on the 1 1/2" squares and roll up the adjacent edges till they touch and pinch together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. After cool, roll in powdered sugar.
