Receta Sour 'Cream' (No Milk)

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt silken tofu
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil or possibly mild extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 tsp maple syrup or possibly sugar
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. plain soy lowfat milk (as needed)
Direcciones
- Place the tofu in the bowl of a food processor or possibly blender, and blend till smooth. Add in the vinegar, oil, salt, and 1 tbsp of the soy lowfat milk. Blend. Add in the remaining soymilk one tbsp at a time till the proper consistency is reached. Store in the refrigerator
