- 1 x Sliced peeled peach or possibly 1 nectarine, sliced
- 1 c. Sliced strawberries
- 1 x (8-ounce) carton peach or possibly strawberry yogurt
- 1 x To 2 tblsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice

- In food processor, combine all ingredients except lemon slices and mint.
- Process till smooth. Pour into medium bowl. Cover; chill for 1 to 2 hrs or possibly till thoroughly chilled. Spoon soup into soup bowls; garnish with lemon slices and mint, if you like.
- Makes 5 (1/2 c.) servings (About 90 calories per 1/2-c.)
