  • 2 cups raisins
  • ¾ cup water
  • Cook slowly for five minutes and set aside to cool.
  • 1 & ¾ cups quick oatmeal
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 & ¾ cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Mix together until crumbly and pat 2/3 of the mixture into a 10x13” pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Cook over low heat or in a double boiler until thick.
  2. Add cooked raisins with the juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Spread mixture over crust and top with remaining crumbs.
  4. Bake additional 20 minutes in 350° oven.
  5. Cool and cut into bars.
