- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 1/3 c. Raisins
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375*F. Mix sugar,shortening, vanilla, and Large eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients except raisins. Stir in raisins. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min or possibly till light brown. Cold slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
