- 1 pkg. frzn spinach
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
Direcciones
- Cook and thaw spinach with onion in small amount of water. Mix with remaining ingredients in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
