Receta Sour Cream Spinach Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 Packages frzn spinach, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/4 c. fine cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Stir together cooked spinach, lowfat sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into shallow buttered baking dish. Top with mix of crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till warm and light brown. Yield: 8-10 servings.
