Receta Sour Cream Walnut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- 1. Combine butter and sugar.
- 2. Add in lowfat sour cream and nuts, then beaten Large eggs and vanilla.
- 3. Combine flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and slowly add in to sugar mix, blending thoroughly.
- 4. Drop teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min till browned around edges. Let cold on sheets 5 min then remove to racks. Yields about 4 dozen.
