Receta Sour Cream Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter
- 2 c. Brown sugar packed
- 2 lrg Large eggs beaten
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 c. Oats rolled (raw)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; beat well. Sift together the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add in alternately with oats, nuts and raisins. Beat till smooth. Drop by tsp. on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 min or possibly till cookies are lightly browned and hard to the touch. Cold on wire rack.
