Receta Sour Cream Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 c. minced nuts or possibly raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Grease 2 (9x5) loaf pans. Sift flour into a large bowl. Beat Large eggs and add in with rest of ingredients to the flour in the large bowl. Mix well. Make sure zucchini is well mixed into batter. Scrape bowl often and keep mixing for several min. Pour into greased pans and bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour and 20 min. Let cold in pans on wire racks.
