Receta Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup With Noodles

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Medium Grnd Beef
- 1 can 14 ounce, Italian Tomato Sauce
- 8 c. Water
- 2 x Onions, minced
- 1 lb Frzn Corn, Peas, Carrots
- 6 ounce Egg Noodles
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican Chili Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly Grnd Pepper
- 2 tsp Red Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Put 8 c. of water, 1 14 ounce can of Italian tomato sauce, 2 medium sized onions (minced), 1 lb. of mixed frzn vegetables into a pot. Add in the seasoning and extra virgin olive oil, heat on high for 30 min. Brown the beef in a frying pan, transfer the beef to the soup mix using a slotted spoon to leave the fat in the frying pan. Turn the heat to medium, heat for 10 min. Add in the egg noodles, turn the heat to low and heat another 20 min. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
