Receta Sourdough Bread And Rolls

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pkg. yeast dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg (optional)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together, dough will be sticky. Let rise till doubled, about 1 hour. Add in a small amount of flour and knead for 10 min. Shape into loaf or possibly rolls (egg is best in rolls). Place in greased pans and let rise till doubled. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 25-30 min for bread. For rolls, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
