Receta South Seas Lamb Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. orange peel, grated
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 6 shoulder lamb chops, 1 inch thick
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except chops in shallow pan. Place chops in pan and marinate 2 hrs, turning after 1 hour. Arrange chops on broiler rack. Place under broiler 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 8 to 10 min till brown. Turn chops and brush with marinade them broil 6 to 8 min till brown. 6 servings.
