- 2 yolks and 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 5 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs and add in sugar, butter, salt and flavorings. Stir in coconut. Pour into shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
