Receta Southern Country Fried Steak and Gravy
Growing up my mother would make this and serve it with good ole- mashed potatoes.. That gravy on top of the potatoes and the country fried steaks with a fresh tomato and big glass of sweet tea was all I needed.
Hope you enjoy..

Add meat; cook until golden on both sides and cooked through, turning once. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate; keep warm. Drain skillet, reserving 1/2 cup drippings. Blend remaining flour into drippings over medium heat. Gradually add milk to desired consistency, stirring constantly, until thickened. Heat through; add additional salt and pepper to taste.
