Receta Spaghetti Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound pork, grnd
- 1/2 pound veal, grnd
- 1 pound beef, grnd
- 1 1/2 c. cooked spaghetti
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine meats; add in spaghetti, seasonings, Large eggs, and catsup; mix well. Shape into a loaf; place into a loaf baking pan. Lay bacon slices across top of loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs. For the first hour, baste every 15 min with water and drippings in pan.
- Serves 6-8.
