Receta Spaghetti Sauce (Easy Low Fat)

Ingredientes
- 2 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 2 x onions minced
- 1 x green pepper minced
- 4 stalk celery minced
- 1 x zucchini in bite size pcs
- 1/2 lb mushroom sliced,(1/2 to 3/4)
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 2 x bay leaves
- 8 x cloves chopped garlic
- Â Â serrano pepper sauce to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Spray a large pot (dutch oven) with cooking spray and sautee vegetables till tender.
- Add in spices and tomatoes (minced up somewhat) and tomato paste.
- Simmer till done (I just leave it on the stove for a couple of hrs to allow the spices to blend). Serve over cooked pasta (al dente).
- Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese if you do not mind the extra fat.
