Receta Spaghetti Sauce For A Crowd

Ingredientes
- 14 pound grnd beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 c. minced celery
- 2 (52 ounce.) cans tomato soup
- 1 gal. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 7 lg. bay leaves
- 1 1/2 gal. water
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger with onions, celery, peppers, salt and pepper. Drain off grease well. Add in all remaining ingredients and put in roaster. Simmer well. Put in oven at 250 degrees or possibly an electric roaster works well, stirring often so it will not stick. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serves 100 people. Serve over Italian spaghetti.
